We gave Lumina 5 stars for their outstanding customer service and solar products. We interviewed 3 other companies and they had the best product at the best price.  We were ready to move forward to have our panels installed but we got extreme push back from our neighbors. They complained to the HOA who disapproved our request. Lumina was prepared to go to the mat for us with the HOA but we declined. We could have pushed it through but decided this was no longer the neighborhood for us. When we contacted Alexander, he was very understanding and super helpful. Due to his assistance Lumina refunded our deposit in full.  We will definitely use Lumina in the future. If we could give more than 5 starts we would.
